In the majority of cases, by improving our core strength and stability we can help to reduce and even eliminate back pain completely.

Post-Op Rehabilitation

Having an operation can be an extremely traumatic experience. I speciailise in helping to regain ROM (range of motion), function and strength so that you can feel like yourself again.
